"The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good."

"I became and still fighting homelessness following being removed from property after police showed up and took my friend. I was not aware of any details that which the police informed me following detaining me. I have never been in cuffs and never been in a back of a police car. I was raised in a higly decorative police and military household. The management kicked me out thus leading to a disgusted and disrespectful attitude as i left. I was not even given my deposit money back which was more than $50 for which i could have used and saved to pay for food. I have only eaten what was shared. I now have dogs that i welcomed and followed me after following their owner (another homeless man deceased.) That 50 plus dollars would given them food and necessaries to live. I would rate the facilities poor, management poor, and i would suggest to never lift the sheets off the matress. The room i was staying in was 122 and there was 4 feet wide and 3.5 feet long of dried blood puddle on the matress finding such after lifting sheets. "

"We stayed here in the summer of 2025 and had a great experience. The room was clean and fresh and the continental breakfast was nice. We stayed here again in March of 2026 and it was a very different experience. Our room had areas that weren't cleaned - there were crumbs on the floor and there was trash in the cabinet under the sink. We only had one towel and a few other things in the kitchen were missing. My husband went down to reception to get more towels (there were 3 of us in the suite). The next day, we expected the room to be cleaned and to have fresh linens. They did not clean our room that day. That night, we called to request clean towels and were told they'd bring some up. An hour later, I finally went down to reception myself to get some. It wasn't gross, but I was disappointed. I had much higher expectations based on the price, and from my more positive experience in 2025. I probably would not stay here again."

"Nice clean hotel. Free shuttle to casino. Bar makes good drinks. Only con: the hotel restaurant offers an upscale menu that looks impressive. The food we ordered was not great. Felt like frozen food microwaved. Steer clear of the buffalo chicken pizza."
