"I had an excellent stay here; very easy to reach via the metro, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel has a public bath and a fresh orange juice counter which added some great amenities. "

"We love that Tokyo Station is 5 min walk across the street. Airport Limo bus station as well. Takashimaya and Daimaru are 5 min walk away. Hotel provides free snacks like madeleines and financiers and free flow water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Highly recommended!"
"We loved how clean and spacious the hotel is. The free shuttle to and from the Disney parks are a huge bonus! For their shuttle schedule, go to their website. "
"The room was great, had everything we needed. Star were all exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a variety of food that we weren’t used to for breakfast but we enjoyed it all. 100% Will stay here again next time we stay at Disney. A little far from the city center but the train station is connected to the hotel, so it was extremely easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo. "
"Great property within close proximity to both Disney Parks. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed after back to back Disney days. There is a complementary shuttle to the monorail station (across the street) and the train station which was very convenient. The walk from the monorail station wasn’t bad either (5-7 minutes). Overall great value and a great location. "
"The staff were efficient and helpful! Amenities are readily available in the lobby as you walk to the elevators going up to the rooms. The hotel is also located above floors of restaurants and a Uniqlo which made dining and shopping convenient. "
