Very friendly and helpful staff.

Property provides a great view but driving there at night can be quite scary. Overall the stay was okay. Only issue was only two towels were given to us when we indicated that there will be 2 adults and 1 child in the booking. Even when we asked the staff, the staff did not give us a third towel

Staff were very thoughtful and had a lot of freebies to welcome the guest. The room was spacious as well and the breakfast was hearty and healthy.

Clean room, a bit on the small side. Good location, next to Lawson. Walking distance to beach.

memorable stay.. beautiful beach. just a pity we can't swim due to post typhoon recovery. the breakfast check in was a bit chaotic due to the crowd but once seated, all good. good range of food choice. truly enjoy my stay. will return.

Our all time favourite hotel The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, clean and soft bedsheets and towels without the usual bleach smell you may smell in hotel towels / sheets. The attention to detail is applaudable. Don’t miss the buffet breakfast too, the spread and quality is one of the best around. It’s my 5th stay already and i still can’t wait to be back again.

Lovely place to stay, especially with family. Lots of room and a great beach just at the entrance. The owners kindly provide snorkeling gear as well as kids toys for the beach, and offer free ice cream - a winner for the kids. We had the BBQ one night which was excellent fun and made very easy as they provide everything. The hotel is a little remote, which we loved, but not good if you want to walk to the local bar / restaurant.

Very attentive staff with the utmost polite service. Pity the outdoor pools were not open during our stay. Would have been perfect.

This hotel in Motobu was fantastic! The room was the cleanest I've ever seen, incredibly spacious with a comfy sofa and handy kitchenette. Loved the balcony with pool and sea views overlooking Sesoko Bridge. Staff were so friendly and spoke great English. Being next to Okinawa Hanasaki Marche was a big plus. This vibrant hub offers a variety of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the seafood restaurant there – the fresh, tasty dishes were surprisingly affordable. The Starbucks with ...

Impeccable service by Shun-san and really lovely accommodation! The scent of wood used to build the accommodation is fragrant and therapeutic. The quality of the full board meals were exceptional. 10/10 would definitely be back!

The service of the staff was very good. We can’t speak Japanese well but fortunately, there were English-speaking staff. And the non-English speaking staff were also eager to assist and try to communicate with us the best they could whenever we sought their assistance. Appreciate all the staff hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel lobby and public bath area were always kept clean. The room was spacious and clean as well, and the bed was comfortable. Extremely pleased with my 3 night stay here, everything was perfect! Service was great (especially the valets who were always prompt and courteous), rooms were extremely clean and really spacious, amenities were well stocked (and by L’occitane!), baby cot had a cute design and the view from balcony was of the ocean.
