スタッフの方々はとても親切で立地も良いのですが、施設設備が古すぎて評価は低くなりました。お風呂は仕切りのガラスが建て付けのために閉まらず水漏れ。排水口から悪臭。乾燥機の音はうるさくて眠れず。室内灯は光量の調節ができない。また、清掃はあまり良くなく、湯沸かしポットの中に髪の毛が入っていて気持ち悪かったです。

疲れを取るための、浴室が不満！入浴はほぼ無理！部屋がシャワーだけなら、館内に入浴施設がほしい！！ 部屋も傷が目立ち、せめてメンテナンスをしたら？と思う。朝食のサービスも不満！もう、利用する事はないと思う。コマーシャル、マスメディアの宣伝に騙された感満載でした。
