Excellent room environment compared with the price and Good staff service. Have to take bus to reach the hotel that is a bit inconvenient. Near shopping area at daytime and local kitchens at night.

チェックインの対応してくださった方が不慣れな感じで少し心配になりました。特に説明がなかったので朝食のチケットが3人分あることに気づかず、別で子供の分を支払い一人分無駄にしてしまいました。朝食の際に案内された場所が入り口付近で人の出入りが多く落ち着いて食事もできないと感じました。男性スタッフやその他のスタッフもあまり良い印象はありませんでした。食器を下げにスタッフが来た際に、母が熱いコーヒーを少しこぼしてしまいましたが、拭くものを持ってきてくれるわけでもなくスルーしていきました。朝食も値段の割に変わり映えのない内容で全てにおいてその辺のビジネスホテルの方が対応が親切で雰囲気も良いと感じました。

今回初めて利用しました。受付のスタッフさんの対応も良く、スムーズにチェックインが出来ました。部屋、ユニットバスととても広く過ごしやすかったです。朝食は山形の郷土料理も食べれて、大変満足しました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

スタッフさんの対応、朝食も良かったですが、お風呂のシャワーが水がタブから流れてくれないし、赤い水もでました。なぜかバスルームが水浸しになりました。部屋のカーペットは汚いので変えどきかもしれません。色々古いので残念でした。安かったので、仕方ないかもしれません。

快適に眠れました。ただお風呂の、お湯の加減が悪かったのと、お風呂のタイルは、黒いカビを隅々まで綺麗に取って欲しいです。ハイターを使うと綺麗になります。ライトもつかないところがあったので、良く点検して欲しいです。

初めて宿泊しました。無理を言って1人追加してもらいました。何時に来るかわからずどうしようかなぁと思ってたら来たら連絡してもらえればと臨機応変に対応していただきました。部屋にはコーヒーとミネラルウォーターも置いてありアメニティも、レディース、メンズの使いきり洗顔等セットが置いてありいいなぁと思いました。歩くのが気にならない人なら駅からも15分くらいで着くので問題ないかと思います
