"整体环境非常不错，餐食水准之上，服务优良，温泉品质也相当优质。缺点几样：设备有些老化了，比如百叶窗帘，木质的叶片破损了就该更换，音响电视不支持蓝牙就该提供多点选项（比如可在前台设置音影借出区以便客人选看或听），再，一直想不懂为什么客人如果选择在房间用餐还需要另外付服务费，因为Villa住宿不就是应该配管家服务吗？Spa的按摩服务没特色，888一个小时的定价相对性价比过低，不能一味认为自己的人员是巴厘岛人就是巴厘岛Spa。电视频道只有HBO是国外的，其它都是国内卫视，异常无聊。结论：细节没处理好，但总的来说是令人愉悦的住宿经验，希望营运团队能注意细节的铺陈和配置"

"The hotel is converted from an old hotel. The rooms are smaller than modern hotels. But the stuff are super nice! They say hello to you every time they meet you and bowl to you. The try to fulfill every one of our needs. Definitely get the breakfast buffet, they have tons of choices."
