"First day was wonderful it was one of the best hotels they had a lot of room in the room plenty of space very very clean I like the housekeeping cleanliness service was great waitress was great food was great a lot of swimming pool space easy access to Beach also access to outside of hotel plenty of room to roam around very very quiet a lot of fun a lot of entertainment at night in the evening and in the morning with the pool can't wait to go back"

"Visited April 15- Monday through Saturday, and we had the absolutely best vacation ever. RIU Palace was such a lovely, beautiful and exceptionally kept property. From the entrance to the common areas, restaurants and rooms- we never saw anything in disarray or out of place. The staff was amazing! From the front desk staff, bathroom attendants, pool attendants, bar staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff to include the cooks, and waitstaff ( shoutout to Tomas who was always was quick with the coffee and mimosas at breakfast time); each person was committed to ensuring that we had everything we needed and that we were happy and satisfied. Our room was perfectly situated so we could view the ocean and the property and housekeeping made our room pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the evening shows, the pool activities, and meeting other guest from around the world. We were very pleased with the restaurants/food choices and honestly never had a bad meal. If you are on the fence on where to spend your days and evenings while in Puerto Vallarta- Riu Palace is the perfect all adult spot! We can’t wait to visit this beautiful city again and Riu! "

"Was here for 6 days and had no complaints other than the Mediterranean a la carte, it was old food and the restaurant was dirty. However, every other restaurant was excellent! Italian was my personal favourite. The resort was very clean, ALL staff were absolutely awesome and friendly. Rooms were great, ac worked and had a nice ocean view. Roof top pool and bar was definitely the spot to be! Would definitely go back and recommend to others"

"Excellent location by the beach. Food is great with a lot of varieties to choose from. Staff are awesome especially to Norma and team , our cleaning lady and room service; Danae , Jaime and team at the chivechiria bar, Raf Ael and marirose at the breakfast and Alejandro in the Italian resto. There's not a lot of activities in the resort, but its a nice place to just relax."
