Waking up to that view felt like living in a postcard, peaceful, magical, and deeply inspiring. The rooms are a true masterpiece: tastefully designed with high ceilings, soft textures, and a calming aesthetic that blends comfort with elegance. Every detail, from the linens to the lighting, is carefully curated to create a space that is both soothing and sophisticated. The staff were simply outstanding. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. Every request was met with a smile, and their local knowledge made exploring the area a delight. Special thanks to Kivane and furhan! Breakfast each morning was a highlight, beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Whether enjoying it on the terrace with a breeze from the Bosphorus or in the cozy dining room, it felt more like a curated experience than just a meal. "Professional staff, Great food & coffee. The view from the 212 restaurant is special, we celebrated a milestone birthday there. If staying here, I recommend requesting a river view room above the 3rd floor. The rooms and room service are very good as well. The beds are very soft so if you prefer firm you will need to consider this. There is not much in the way of cafes and facilities in the immediate area but there is plenty within a short cab ride."

"Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The place was incredibly clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming — even though we arrived at midnight, someone was there to assist us and help us settle in. The room came well-equipped with essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste, and it was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back in the future. The only downside is the location — it’s quite far from the city center and major attractions. We often had to take two buses to get where we wanted to go, and it’s not close to a metro station. However, there is a bus stop about an 8-minute walk away, so with a bit of planning, it’s still manageable. Overall, an excellent stay — clean, spacious, and top-notch service!"
