Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
AC control not in room so cannot set temperature. Staff struggling to understand non Japanese speakers and time poor with many people with questions. Room not clean and facilities poor. Smell of cigarettes permeated the room on a non smoking floor. Our party cancelled and left accommodation.

Main tower where we stayed is older but immaculate. Rooms could use some modernizing. Bed was not super comfortable but useable.
