Amazing staff and very clean hotel! The rooms are small but normal for Japan! The hotel is in a great location close to the train station great travel hub! And very walkable to main Tokyo highlights! Couldn’t recommend more and have free luggage lockers for after checkout!

Room cleaning everyday, we stayed at 12th floor. Had to open the window which is fine make sit cooler and airy as the AC wasn’t working as well. It’s more a fan so gets a bit hot.
