"Could not check in. You have to check in using a machine which was not working well and there is no way to contact anyone since there's no staff at all. I was almost stranded in Yongin because of this horrible system.
Do not book with this hotel."

"The staff at the reception was very friendly and tried to do everything right, unfortunately the rooms were very dirty, the towels felt wet and smelled unpleasant, the shower was so disgusting that I could only shower for a very short time.....The surroundings are very good, very close to the market and therefore nice for evening discoveries"
