"This is a resort where big tour buses bring large groups of people. A lot of young people to senior citizens are accommodated. They have more than the advertised continental breakfast. They have a large pool. It is in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Our room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and secure. Parking was a little challenging in the evenings if you have walking issues but there was plenty. I would stay there again."

"We enjoyed our very brief stay. It was nice to have a coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches right in the lobby. My major disappointment was the pool being closed for maintenance. The location is excellent. The parking garage is well-lit, with in/out privileges, but is a bit snug for maneuvering the different levels on the spiral ramp."

"Hotel staff was rude on entry after I asked what kind of breakfast they were having in the morning. Room toilet had feces in it and would not flush. Second room toilet would not flush properly and shower was hot then cold every 15 seconds. Ask for a straw for the kids at breakfast and the employee just looked at me, so I asked again and she rolled her eyes and snapped at me "no sir" like I was bothering her. The breakfast is horrible and a waste of time so we went out to eat. The pool and hot tub was the only thing nice there even though the hot tub looked dirty, I think the stains make the water look brown in the hot tub. I should have spent $20 more and went next door!"

"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"I really appreciate their accommodation for my stay. I ended up arriving later than planned and I didn’t call ahead of time. Although my reservation got canceled they were able to reinstate my reservation and I got a room for my stay"

"We arrived at the hotel, and it was great. A young female can't remember her name, sorry. She had greeted the family with a smile and was helpful on are stay. She recommended some great restaurants & places to visit with coupons. We are talking about returning next year. The other staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good."

"The hotel is very nice! I liked the staff. They were very helpful and kind! When I got there, I noticed that the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little better, but I mentioned it to the staff, and they quickly resolved the issue. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the beach behind the hotel."
