"I would highly recommend this stay in Kinosaki. I was an American female solo traveler and felt very safe and the staff was always so willing to be accommodating and helpful. I had an early flight on my way out and they started the transfer service early for me. Make sure give them a call ahead of time and they’re happy to pick you up from the station so you don’t have to walk with bags through a small construction area. I would love to come back!"

"This was a family trip. We had an amazing stay at Oedo. Our room had a perfect view of the river. The onsen was clean and relaxing. However, our baby threw up on our bed and required us to replace the sheets and pillow. We were charged for the new sheets and pillow, but staff never collected the dirty sheets. So we placed them in the entry way. That was the only problem we had with service. We wish they collected the dirty sheets."
