"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent
"An excellent stay at The Knot. They allowed me to check in early after a very long flight (no charge) and the staff were so kind. Room was amazingly big and clean. Location was excellent too, with everything in walking distance. Used the luggage transfer service too and they were even kind enough to mark my case as ‘fragile’ after the airline cracked it. Cannot fault this hotel at all."
