"Overall, a very good all inclusive experience. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The resort, itself, was very nice and comfortable, if a little in need of minor upgrades. Food was fresh, good and abundant. Pools were excellent and the beach area was pretty good."

"We loved our stay. It was a bit far from both playa del Carmen and Cancun you can’t really walk many places so we didnt leave the resort to explore. Not really a need as the hotel was really beautiful. Seaweed was horrible but clearly not the fault of the hotel. They tried their best to minimize it. We would go back and are looking to explore their other carribian properties. "

"Stayed for an ur Honeymoon, they upgraded to a to a suite with personal jacuzzi and balcony. Staff was always polite, understanding and considerate. Different restaurants to try, all a must. Very clean. Will return to this Hotel in the near future"

"The food was great. A lot of options at the buffet and lots of fresh seafood options. Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet changes each day and nightly has themes. The dinner restaurants are fun to try. The poolside lunch options had a good variety. The pools were great and facing the ocean. Our room was dark and quiet at night. We didn’t really do any events or activities besides eating and swimming and going to the beach. Would recommend. It’s kid friendly but not overly kid oriented. "
