"Everyone in the resort is so friendly and welcoming, the resort is very well maintained, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. They have fun activities throughout the day. Food is really good, especially the Ventana buffet and At Sunset. We enjoyed every minute of out vacation and wish we could have stayed longer. "

"I had the most amazing, restful, spirit lifting stay! I enjoyed the spa on 2 separate occasions, met some really cool staff, my king bed room with balcony and ocean view was quiet and had a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and helpful and I had everything I needed away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I felt like I was at home away from home there! Good food, great coffee at the Starbucks located on site, and beautiful mornings along the beach watching the sunrise. I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay within the hotel zone but further from the business and crowds. 12 dollar CND to catch an uber into town if wanted. Thank you Westin and Mexico for filling a gals soul and lifting her spirits! First solo trip out of country and it won’t be my last! Give the vacation club presentation a chance too… it’s better than the reputation it gets I think!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at family selection. The resort made us feel welcomed the entire time. Every employee we encountered was polite and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We saw the flamingos, monkeys and all sorts of wildlife. We were always able to find a spot at the pool and the beach, both are beautiful."
