簡單、舒適的一晚，冰箱有躁音，早餐基本夠吃，適合不用花太多時間享受飯店設施的人，可以睡一晚，剛好隔天早出發的行程，整體CP值高。

四人房房間空間狹窄，應該是原本規劃兩人房的空間多放一張雙人床，就當四人房在營業，所以房間空間擁擠，簡單說就是加床的概念…

本飯店提供家庭房房間和雙人房房間上會有所不同,透過訂房網上訂房的住客是否有所誤解?再者各家飯店提供給雙人房的坪數大小標準不同,(就如同兒童的標準定義不同一樣),各家有各家標準也有各自的規範,但仍感謝您的意見回饋!謝謝!

我晚上九點多才到，已經沒有停車位了，櫃台人員讓我停在路邊，以不影響附近住戶為主。 房間舒適乾淨，有小陽台可曬衣，看山景，沒浴缸，浴室是提供牆掛式洗髮精沐浴乳，我們四人入住，我最後洗澡，居然洗到一半沐浴乳沒了，很毋湯。 有KTV室，但都是幾十人以上大包廂，既然有次設施，希望也可提供小家庭享用。 附近有魚池鄉鬧區，方便買小吃宵夜，但大約八點就開始路續收攤，要斟酌購買的時間。

感謝您的意見回饋,礙於環山區內因山中濕氣多,故洗浴用品在考量品質皆會斟酌放置的數量,造成您的困擾很抱歉,相關缺失會進行內部檢討和規劃改善,謝謝您的包容!設施部分(KTV)礙於思麻丹館的空間有限,又想讓住客享有放聲高歌的廣闊感因而設計為大包廂,好讓多組家庭聚會時可容納多人,若是關於小家庭的歡唱則會建議您可到距離不遠處(散步約10分鐘)的范特奇堡--海神殿(一樣是經典大飯店喔),此海神殿有餐食提供和多種大小包廂可選擇喔!亦有BBQ場地和晚餐可供選擇喔!相關內容可參考日月潭經典大飯店的官網!謝謝!

開車要注意一出隧道就要馬上右轉，不然很容易錯過。設施有天竺鼠空間，天竺鼠看起來照顧還不錯，精神很好吱吱叫。環境算乾淨，只是對面房間開關門的聲響有點大聲，但也不會聽到他們的聲音。

如果有雙床兩人房應該會不錯
1. 四人房很擁擠，看平面配置圖兩人房跟四人房的大小是一樣的。 2. 床很會晃，我跟同床家人都無法一個姿勢到天亮，所以半夜經常一人翻身兩人都醒來。 3. 從大廳到房內都簡潔明亮 4. 櫃檯人員很親切 5. 離鬧區很近，步行只要五分鐘

當天入住剛好有遇到團體客，覺得飯店應該將團體客集中同樓層，不要與散客安排同樓層。 當天入住的團體客晚上喝完酒後，酒醉找不到自己的房，在走廊上喊叫影響其他房客... 不然整體上算是不錯!!雖然距離日月潭有點距離~~
