"大変お世話になりました。 お部屋は２間で綺麗に清掃されていました。 スタッフは外国人の方が優しく対応してくださいました。 お風呂は露天風呂の温度が低くて寒かったです。内風呂は温かかったです。 洗面台や床に大量の髪の毛が落ちていてモップで掃除をしました。 ゴミ箱が少ないのかゴミが溢れていました。 フリードリンクもありましたがビールがなかったのが残念でした。 食事は朝食のみでしたがあまり食べられないので充分でした。 エレベーターが直ぐ閉まってしまうので毎回手で押さえて出入りしていたのでもう少し開いている時間を長く設定した方が良いと思います。 家族旅行には良いと思います。"

"立地が非常に良く、周辺の宿泊施設と比べても料金は格段に安いです。限られた人員と資金の中で、工夫しながら運営している様子が伝わってきました。 ただし、施設は古く清掃やメンテナンスが十分とは言えず、小さなお子様連れにはあまり向かないかもしれません。客室のバスルームは使用できず、代わりに大浴場と露天温泉が16時〜21時のみ利用可能です。それ以外の時間帯は入浴できない点にご注意ください。 滞在中、娘が客室の押し入れで遊んだ後に体調を崩し、深夜に高熱を出しましたが、夜間はフロントに人がおらず相談できませんでした。翌日は観光を諦めて休日診療の小児科を受診することになりました（幸いクリニックに着く頃には熱は下がっていました）。 料金重視で割り切れる方には適していますが、清潔さや小さなお子様連れの安心感を求める方にはおすすめしにくい宿です。"
