洗濯洗剤も用意されているし、部屋のドア閉めれば洗濯機の音も気にならないので良かったのですが、靴下などの小物を干すのに少し苦労しました。100均のもので良いので、ピンチハンガーがあると嬉しいです。

施設自体とても綺麗で、数名で泊まるにはとてもいい場所だと思います！ 外に露天風呂があったのがとてもよかったです！！！ 場所的には、何かを食べるとなると車を使って移動をしないと、不便さはあるかと思います。素泊まりするには十分すぎるくらいいい施設でした！

お布団が敷いてあり子供達喜んでました。 お皿を洗う際、 置き場に困りました。 サイズが小さいとか置き場用のものをつけようとしましたが付け方も分からずキッチンペーパーで対応しました。 それ以外は最高でした。 子どもが多いこともあり、一階にして欲しいことを伝えると快く受け入れていただけて。 素晴らしいと思いました。 部屋も角で駐車場の真横で、そこも考えてくださっていたならば神様のような対応です！！！

Ideal room setup for a family with small kids. The futons can be closed off with the partition allowing for separation between kids and adult. Shower and onsen were spacious and the room came with kitchenette including stove, fridge and microwave. Good location within walking distance of restaurants, stores and some local attractions.

This is a wonderful apartment/hotel. Very clean and new. Comfortable beds. Large space. Easy parking. The outdoor spa tub is amazing. You need a car to stay here. It’s near some attractions, but well outside Nikko.
