Nice hotel right near the old town and the sea organ. We had a large room in the hotel building across the street from the building where the lobby is. We appreciated the elevator- not all that common in the old buildings. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in the old town. It is easy to access to various travel attraction. Many restaurants are in walking distance. Breakfast is good and my room has a balcony 😍

We paid for breakfast for two with our VIP suite for each morning. However, breakfast was actually provided in the ‘sister’ hotel 1/2 mile away, and in opposite direction of all the sights. Advertisement for breakfast is misleading. I’m trying to get reimbursed from Expedia as I wrote to them- I doubt I will hear anything. Hotel couldn’t do anything to help except to apologize and to say everyone complains.

Worth to stay, good location
Nicely decorate with art works and well maintained. Good service of friendly staff. Only the thing a bit irritating with noise from the corridor and upstairs footstep.

Lovely hotel with great access to old town Zadar and many great restaurant options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and in a very attractive setting. Our room was large and well appointed. We did have trouble getting the room to cool down, but loved the little balcony overlooking the park.

Friendly staff. Exceptional location.
We had a very late checkin, and the gentleman who checked us in greeted us with a big smile, a sense of humour and helped with our luggage too. What a wonderful welcome. Thank you 🙏. Breakfast was exceptional too. Great selection and coffee. We were off 1st thing in the morning, but can't wait to come back tomorrow for a 2 night stay. The location is fantastic 👌. Right in the heart of it all.

Loved this place
We loved this little hotel. The great experience started with the check-in where the lady working the desk was hilarious and made us feel so welcome. She even carried our bags to our room for us and was annoyed, when on check out, we had brought our own bags down. The place was super clean, the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have had, and the coffee, water, etc was well stocked. The bathroom had been renovated and had a wonderful shower. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding view to the harbor, very helpful staff, and a comfortable, quiet room. A short walk to the old city and the waterfront. The only issue is parking on arrival. Once I called the hotel, Tony came down and directed me to their lot but that took a few minutes to work out. If you are driving call ahead!

Fabulous hotel!
This hotel is stunning! The location is perfect, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and most importantly, the staff are fabulous! Elena was extremely helpful and really funny! She made our stay even better by providing information on places to go and visit.

Wonder and totally worth it
I had a wonderful with my sister during a short weekend trip to Zadar. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is in perfect location to explore Zadar. The room had a great design, was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were the most delicious meals we had in Zadar.

This is a lovely, comfortable, and clean hotel with great staff and a wonderful restaurant. The food is great and breakfast came with our stay. It has parking on site which is awesome for being in the old town. Easy walking to all the old town areas. We would stay again.

Inconvenience During Check-in
Friendly staff, clean, nice, prime location, good breakfast, but unprofessional check-in process. If they had an electric cart to transfer luggage and guests from the parking to the annex complex (without dragging luggage across the park and streets, potentially damaging luggage wheels and luggage) and a larger TV in the room, it easily rates 10. The Check-in process was not pleasant or easy.

Given the fact that there is only 100 m from our hotel parking to the annexe building in which you booked your one night stay, and the fact that, for the most part, the path between the parking and annexe is a pedestrian zone, we always offer to all our guests a free porterage service which you partially refused (i.e. the receptionist carried part of your luggage while you insisted to handle the rest by yourself). Enjoyable, but just a little disappointing
We were in the annexe, which was nicer than we’d expected from reading previous reviews. (Clearly the entrance hall etc have been smartened up relatively recently). The room was nice, and very tastefully decorated, but lacking a little attention to detail; for example, there is only one comfortable chair to relax in and the blackout curtains don’t pull across the window completely so it was quite light in the mornings. Also, a fridge would have been nice - or at least some fresh milk for making tea/coffee using the facilities out in the hallway. The main thing for us was that it felt more like a (quite expensive) apartment in many ways, as we were rather remote from the main hotel building. We didn’t even get a proper induction, so weren't aware of all that was on offer, including that we could get hold of towels for the beach, for example. The manager was very engaging, but a little argumentative for my liking. On the plus side, breakfast was amazing, and served in a beautiful restaurant or courtyard area.

After a slight wobble on check in (must be a thing with Hotels.com in Croatia) we were shown the room and directed to off street parking. Amazing meal in the resturant, veey attentive staff across the hotel and restaurant.

Lovely! Quaint. We felt pampered. Well cared for!! Best breakfast ever. Loved the feel of the hotel. Boutique cozy feel but upscale. Lovely little garden area and welcome drinks.

Completely charming
Our stay was amazing. The staff was super nice and went out of their way to make us feel like we were guests at a friends home. We loved the location being steos away from the old town and the sea. The breakfast was delicious! We were sad to leave this charming hotel.
