The location is pretty from away from Jungli Station, however the hotel room was comfortable. Ammenties nearby for you to eat or buy stuff from convenience stall.

They upgraded to a very large size room. It was very clean and well maintained. They staff were very courteous. There is a night market about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and the mrt station is about 15 minutes.

I brought my family there to stay just for one night, prior to an early morning flight home. Having stayed there, I can only say that I wish I could have stayed there for one more night. Firstly, there are several busy streets just next to the hotel, with good and authentic Taiwanese food plus many things to see. Secondly, the front counter staff is efficient and polite. Having informed them I need to reach Taoyuan hotel by 5.30 am, they promptly booked a cab for me and also arranged for boxes...

Room was spacious and clean. A lot of local dining option around the area. Free self laundry service.

located right above ximen train station and beside ximending. walking distance to many famous eateries. the hotel is super clean and the rooms are large. amenities provided were well thought thru. really appreciated the laundry facility.

Good. Hotel has changed branding since the last time I visited Taipei. Overall decoration has changed but still love the place.

Housekeeping service was promptly done everyday before noon. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location is excellent, just a short walk from the MRT station.

It's in the heart of Ximending so shopping and good food are very close at hand. Front desk was accomodating, friendly and check-in was super easy. They also helped me call for an airport transfer. Room was clean and spacious, I'm just not used to the sink being outside the toilet.

The service provided by the hotel is great, and the room is really spacious for the 4 of us to live comfortably for 4 nights. We had a really good time, and will choose to stay in chill roof hotel Taipei the next time we are back there. The hotel is also located conveniently, with a convenience store right below the hotel. Hotel is relatively new but a bit far from the town centre. Otherwise it was a good stay and the breakfast spread was more than sufficient.

The best location to stay near Taoyuan Airport. It is 3 stations aways and takes only 15 minute to the airport. The hotel is next to main road and train tracks but I am amazed with its sound proof. My room is huge with 2 rocking lounge chairs; bathroom comes with luxury freestanding bathtub. It is enjoyable except the unpleasant smell at the hallway to elevator. Hope to see their improvement during my next stay.
