とても不便な所にある。連れ込みホテル 周りは何もなく　繁華街まで遠い。 部屋のタオルはバスタオルしかなく　古い使い古しのよう。 エレベーターは一台しかなく　かなり待たないと。チェックインが17時と　不便。 いい所なし。

青年旅店的評價，算是中上等級，環境很棒看起來很高級，公設區域也很不錯，有鏢臺可以打，但畢竟是跟另外3個人分房間，住宿品質就取決於房客了，這次一起合住的兩位房客晚上都一直在咳嗽，很怕是破口，以上。

在中壢同排街算是較新的旅社，這次是住雙人套房（1005房），房間非常小，不像照片拍起來寬敞。床單完全無法包住床墊，一躺上去就皺巴巴，整晚一直要重新拉好，沒法好好睡，不然會覺得顛顛的。洗臉盆很小，尺寸只比A4影印紙大一點，洗手、洗臉很容易就把周圍弄得一攤水。沒有吊衣櫃、牆上也沒有掛勾，暫時脫下來的外套或衣物沒地方掛。樓地板的隔音不好，一直聽到樓上蹦蹦聲。因為房價一千二有找，就不會去要求有無早餐。 除了這些缺點，其餘公共空間都不錯。

個人旅遊佳

房型多樣，入住為背包旅客房，雖無簾子可保有隱私，但床鋪乾淨整潔且附個人置物櫃，房內也包含衛浴設備免出房門(非房外共享資源)，雖淋浴間地板整潔度偏滑，但尚可接受，另外附有簡易早餐，也可節省開銷，在個人旅遊上推薦。

便宜，平均一個人300不到。 但很小，兩個人無法同時會身。 可停車。 早餐只有土司麵包，果醬。 共享房，沒有牙刷用品及毛巾。 要自己鋪床。房間沒電視，沒桌子，很乾淨，衛浴乾淨，熱水夠熱，室外環境亂，髒，差，吵，不開落地窗都還好。冷氣夠冷，但風聲很大。隔音可以。

靠近桃園後站，如果外地沒開車的旅客可能會比較要多走一段路。 房間整體還不錯，可惜床超級軟，不是很好睡，一坐床就陷下去哪種。
