"Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List. "

"Easy train to Garmisch. Quiet and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even had stamps for sale for our letters and postcards. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of foods, even an omelet/egg station. Train to Eibsee/Zugspitze is a mini block away and takes you right there (train passes provided to us as part of our stay). Great experience and would return"

"An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the cable car and with beautiful centre of Garmisch just around the corner. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the family of three. The room was very well equipped, including free beverage in the fridge (Arolser beer was a particularly good one), Nespresso machine as well as slippers and bathrobes. "Very nice hotel and nice staff! We needed to check-in at 9 p.m. and they prepared some nice cold dishes so that we could have dinner. The room had an incredible view on the mountains and a balcony to enjoy the view and breathe the air of this enchanted place. The breakfast was well organized, and we had the chance to make our orange juices from fresh oranges. The train to the Zugspitze stops near the hotel. Overall: very recommended! "
