"Staff was rude and unhelpful, I accidentally double booked and attempted to mend the issue immediately and they were not helpful or responsive, then when I got there they stated my room had been cancelled and was no longer available but they would not give a refund."

"They cancelled my reservation because they did not have hot water and they said the had spoken to Expedia and Expedia never told us anything nor have they processed my refund . They made us pay for another reservation because we had nowhere to go so we had no choice being that it was late and I had my kids. The Expedia staff over the phone was also terrible they did not relocate my reservation because apparently it did not qualify to be relocated. Terrible service and the lady over the phone didn’t care . Never again."

"I normally don’t give bad reviews, however this experience over the Memorial weekend 2026 was unpleasant. First off upon arriving was told the indoor swimming pool was shut down all weekend due to repairs and I called a week ago and asked if pool would for sure be open and I was advise yes. I told my children they would be able to go swimming and enjoy the pool, I bought swim suits, pool toys and floats and all for nothing. My children were very upset and thought I lied to them. Then on Sunday afternoon around 2 pm until Midnight, the hotel rented out an area for a indoor party, they were 100’s of people through the day and they played loud music from 2 pm until MIDNIGHT, I was on the 2nd floor and the walls was vibrating on and off, we couldn’t watch TV, we all had headaches from the loud Spanish music, and the parking lot was packed with no room to park except far away, my 2 year old baby didn’t go to sleep until nearly 1 am due to loud noise of music and people screaming, it was the most annoying and horrible experience and I couldn’t express this enough, this place is completely inconsiderate of their guest. Do not stay here!!! It’s awful"

"The staff were very friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was always someone available to replenish items as needed. I never had an issue finding parking during my stay. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!"

"The hotel lobby gave a great first impression — it was modern, attractive, and appeared well maintained. Unfortunately, everything beyond the lobby was a major disappointment. The rest of the property felt extremely rundown, dirty, and neglected. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of staff presence. Any time assistance was needed, we had to go searching for someone because the front desk attendant was constantly hidden away in a back room. To make matters worse, the employee was dressed in casual street clothes rather than anything remotely professional, which only added to the overall sense that the hotel was poorly managed. The room itself was shabby and visibly dirty. Fixtures throughout the room had grime buildup on them, and it honestly looked like the space had not been updated in decades. The refrigerator was unbelievably tiny — smaller than what you would expect on a boat — and barely useful. The air conditioning malfunctioned consistently during our stay, making the room uncomfortable. Adding to the inconvenience, the front elevator was out of service, forcing guests to walk the entire length of the hotel just to reach the working elevator. Overall, aside from the nice-looking lobby, this hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. Our room was never serviced during our stay, and the previous guest’s alarm clock settings were never cleared during room turnover, so we were awakened by it at 5am. Will not return. Stay elsewhere."

"It says breakfast included but it is a table in the lobby with a coffee thermo and few snack bars and small muffins. It is suppose to operate until 9:30am and I went at 9am and it was empty."
