"The room and shower are a bit small, but not too bad. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tram station is less than 5 minutes away. There is a 110v outlet in the room, but it didn’t work. We had adaptors so it wasn’t a big deal. Old town city center is about 15 minutes away by tram."

"Great location. Close to the SBB train station and zurich bus station by about 2-5 min walk each. Staff was helpful, place was easy to find and access. Location felt safe. Room was clean. I put a do not disturb sign and was kinda surprised staff entered to change garbage bags despite, idk if that’s just what they do. Also included breakfast which was yummy! The guy working during breakfast was amazing!"
