the staff is incredible, we felt taken care of always, everyone made us feel at home and pamperd.
landscape is spectacular.
the spa is super good.
hotel reopened after tasteful, elegant yet laidback remodeling.
villas are super comfortable, with amazing bathroom, private pool and terrace area.
we loved every minute of our stay.

"The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice."

"Staff is excellent! The location is great and the views are truly amazing! The breakfast food options are great but the dinner menu has room for improvement but the vibe is five stars. The villas are definitely worth the money and the pool area was spectacular. Overall Encanto is great property!"
