"Clean room. Easy parking. Friendly staff."

"The room was great! Clean and the staff was super nice. Laundry on site although we didn’t use it. The pool area was spacious and clean, and the lobby was gorgeous. Super close to Knott’s Berry Farm, around a 5 minute walk, and they have a shuttle to Disneyland but we didn’t use it this trip. I do think I technically got a smaller room than I had booked but it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t complain to the hotel at all so no negatives there. Just be aware that the 397 sqft room type may lead to you being put into a 300 sqft room type. Again, it didn’t bother me and my party too much (there was only three of us) but if you were planning on needing the extra space you may not get it. Overall a great stay and i’m planning another trip to go back :) "

"Slow internet. Staff could not converse with due to language barrier but than became a bit rude. Housekeeping did not knock before entering the room, which my wife was not fully clothed. Older remolded hotel that’s convenient for being close to LAX but ALoft would be the better decision."

"Definitely would go back. Love the staff. Our room was just dark definitely could use some lighting. Older shuttle guy was rude asl Young guy very accommodating!!"
