The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were delightful. The aircon in our room worked well. The poolside bar staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. All round a nice hotel!

Nice hotel but very limited dinning options and a bit noisy, because it’s located next to the airport and they are building a whole new hotel wing. Bed and pillows very comfortable. But I prefer to stay at the Hilton (best breakfast in town) or the Marriot next time.

We were on a long tour if Colombia, we booked this hotel for the distance to the airport since our flight was at 6am.it worked out well.

Muy costoso para estar en obras

Para empezar, según Hotels los impuestos estaban incluidos pero al llegar nos cobraron impuestos. Nadie nos dijo que el hotel esta en obras, había bastante polvo en el balcón de la habitación. No pudimos disfrutar del gimnasio por que hace parte de las obras que aun no se entregan. En los amenities decía licuadora y cuando la pedimos dijeron que no tenían Fuimos a descansar y el lunes festivo nacional estuvieron trabajando y haciendo ruido tengo video.

I’m giving a 2 star because the staff gives good customer service. But the rest was horrible. I purchased breakfast through Expedia and I got to the hotel and they wouldn’t give us the breakfast offer. Also the original room is tiny. The hotel is definitely not worth the money. It’s extremely close to the airport therefor airplanes taking off and landing are extremely loud even though I was assured rooms are sound proof (they’re not). Yeah definitely I don’t recommend.

Planes & live construction!!

Great hotel - but RIGHT NEXT TO THE AIRPORT. Plane flies over every 30 mins, feels like the plane is in your room for 5 seconds. Last flight 10:30 at least. Balcony and apartment room was great, but they could have told us there were live construction sites either side!

Es un hotel cuando mucho 3 estrellas, está sucio y dicen es por la obra vial alrededor pero ves falta de aseo en los comedores de la piscina y en los elevadores. No le quieren gastar en limpieza pero sí cobran normal.

El hotel en general es agradable, la zona de playa es pequeña y con muchas rocas que pueden golpear los pies (tener cuidado), el desayuno con poca variedad ( comparando otros hoteles en ese valor) zona de piscina agradable, habitaciones confortables pero al contar con puerta de acceso a la habitación contigua se pierde un poco la privacidad por que se escucha todo y resulta incómodo cuando tienes vecinos parranderos. El personal muy amable y con buena atención. El restaurante estuvo dos días sin disponibilidad de pizza, siendo fin de semana y el hotel no tan lleno, poca variedad de platos en el menú de almuerzo y cena. Para el valor hubiera esperado mejores condiciones.

Es nueva, sigue en construcción! Donde nos hospedamos es un tercio del proyecto completo. Hay que esperar a ver cómo termina. Están a tiempo de hacer cambios en el interior de la habitación: muy lindo el kichenet pero ocupa un espacio necesario para lograr comodidad! Tiene una nevera y un tope de cocción sobredimensionados pues no hay ni donde sentarse a comer en el caso de alguna preparación. Mejor se utilizaría ese espacio en un closet cómodo con una peinadora o lugar para colocar la maleta. La cama súper cómoda al igual que las almohadas!!
