Clean & comfortable check in & out staff very polite & professional, breakfast lady very hospitable. Area location not eye pleasing - but safe and the room is what counts 👍 The other cleaning staff and day staff not very friendly or hospitable.

Everything was great. Only complaint I have is that the pool was freezing and that the dryer didnt work very well. Overall stay based on friendliness of staff, breakfast options Id give this hotel 8/10. We will be back.

Amy was amazing at the front desk! I checked in late night and had a bit of an issue on my own part but she was able to help me and accommodate me! She was a kind and understanding! It was clean and well taken care of! Definitely will be back!

The staff were amazing. They were available to assist whenever they could. Housekeeping is not good. Our floors were dirty and bedding had some damage to it. The beds are really high off the ground. If you are short you will struggle to get into bed. Breakfast was the all star in this hotel. Amazing coffee, bagels, eggs, toast, waffles, sausage, all the drinks, and lots of seating. I probably would not stay here again and would pay more for a cleaner and more up to date facility.
