The service was excellent and the check-in was extremely professional and pleasant. The room was very spacious and would stay again at this place. The only thing I would have to express my disappointment was the mattress which was very old and uncomfortable.

Esse apart hotel me foi muito bem recomendado, mas não entregou o que se esperava. Primeiro, que o edifício em que se localiza não é exclusivo, funcionando ali também outros aparts e apartamentos privados. Portanto, a portaria não se mostrou apta a cuidar de problemas básicos. Esses problemas devem ser sanados na oficina (escritório) do hotel, no 2o andar. Das 4 vezes que precisei, somente em uma tinha alguém lá para me atender. Os problemas começaram no check-in, quando fui obrigado a pagar o imposto de 19% sobre o total da reserva, segundo a funcionária "porque estava pagando com cartão de crédito". Não obstante, na reserva que levei impressa da hoteis.com estivesse CLARO e EXPRESSO que a taxa seria cobrada no Check-out e que "a apresentação de passaporte estrangeiro válido com visto/carimbo de entrada estarão isentos deste imposto". Depois tive problemas com um chuveiro que só oferecia 5 minutos de água quente por dia, uma cama horrorosa que tinha uma cratera no meio do colchão, cortinas que não bloqueavam claridade, apresentavam frestas de quase 30 cm de largura e escancaravam o interior do apartamento para o prédio ao lado e com uma camareira que invadiu o apartamento, mesmo que eu tivesse deixado a placa de "DO NOT DISTURB" na porta. Reclamei e de fato fui trocado de apartamento. Nesse outro, a estadia foi satisfatória, muito embora o sofá fosse péssimo. Contras: todo o acima Prós: localização, tamanho dos apartamentos

Buena ubicación, cerca del mall y restos.

Es decepcionante haber vuelto a ese apart luego de 3 años y encontrarme con una habitación precaria, sin telefono, con la oferta del desayuno que estaba incluido en el precio que constaba solo de un sobre de nescafe. La ubicacion cercana al costanera mall y a variados restaurants es lo unico favorable del apart
