Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were in the process of being updated so ours could use a few more changes. The lounging chair was very nice but need more than one comfortable chair in our room. Using the bed to read or watch TV is very uncomfortable. All the room around the "kitchen" area was wonderful. However, there was not enough lighting over the area.

This was a nice comfortable stay. Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, casino, and more. Breakfast was okay, a little above your average hotel breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. I would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely the best for me and my my two kids! The pool and hot tub were great temperatures, and the breakfast was absolutely perfect. Pancakes, egg omelets, sausage patties, bacon cereal bar pastry bar the works! The rooms were super modern and clean, love the storage space and the giant refrigerator. Will stay at Holiday Inn again. The staff was also very kind.
