A diamond in the rough. An unexpected oasis in the middle of the city. The staff was beyond accommodating and the ambience was serene. A great getaway within the city and a perfect location for a romantic surprise. The onsen is a relaxing offering, as well as the in-room steam room. The morning buffet was plentiful and satiating. The overall experience is great. I like so much of the setting and the hospitality of their staff. The onsen is a plus and the feeling is the same as Japan.
