De vergüenza , llegamos y nos dicen que no aparecemos que tengamos reserva y yo enseñándole mi reserva por el móvil, incomprensible que en los tiempos que estamos pasen estas cosas, me tuve que buscar la vida en otro hotel, no sé de quién será la culpa pero yo lo hice todo bien, un auténtico desastre
