The property was generally clean and had all the basics but only one frying pan.
The couch was terribly uncomfortable and only seated 2 persons.
The location was ideal for our requirements and the underground parking was great.

Apartment is very clean. Friendly and professional staff. Very quick to attend to an issue with bathroom drain. Quite location. Need car to go to grocery store and dining or use food delivery though.
The room was spacious and comfortable enough. Had everything I needed for a simple night.
Parking was free in the parking garage on request.
There was a long corridor in the bedroom section which was unused space - perhaps meant for a desk? But there was no desk there so it seemed like a strange wasted space.
I was on a rear-facing ground floor room and the outside area was small, had a chain link fence and rubbish along the fence line so was somewhat unappealing. I would suggest requesting upper floor rooms.

This property is literally a student accommodation. The place was clean overall, however the furniture carpets and walls have stains and cuff marks. The sofas provided had liquid stains overall and we didn't feel like sitting on them. The beds were just springs and nothing else. Bathrooms were clean though.

Great modern apartment for the Family. We had our in-laws also and with 3 bedrooms it worked well. The kitchen was sufficent for meal preparation. The apartment is a good drive from cbd but close to M1. Could add a small TV in the master bedroom.

Very Quiet, lovely view of grassed sporting field
With trees around it . Kitchen was vey well equipped for meal cooking with dishwasher .
Only complaint would be the quality of the sleeping pillows .
