This is a 3 star Hotel with 5 star services which next time when my husband and I come back to Luodong, Yilan will definitely go back to stay here. The Hotel has transportation to pick you up and drop you off at major train and bus stations. The rooms are very clean and quiet, the views are very beautiful. The breakfast Buffet is very traditionally delicious with Taiwanese and Western styles. You don't need coins to do your laundries in the basement.

飯店有自己的停車場就很方便，在櫃台處有活動，在google給5星評價送小飲料，櫃台的小姐和早餐廳的服務人員很親切，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，整個住房體驗都不錯，但給飯店一點小建議： 1.房間使用的紙拖鞋底部沒有防滑效果，因為房內是木質地板，這樣挺危險的 2.牙刷容易掉毛，不小心容易卡喉嚨 3.早餐內容物可以再加個優格，以及素食的放置位置不適合與葷食放一起，容易造成夾子共用。 4.早餐的咖啡是已經泡好放置在保溫區，給人感覺不是很優質，建議放置一台咖啡機，比較符合飯店的高級感。

睽違好久，這次因出差的關係再次入住。看得出來有點年紀但還是維持得很乾淨舒適。工作人員都很客氣有禮，詢問問題也都會有耐心仔細地解說。房間在17樓，視野真是好，對面就是羅東運動公園，綠油油的一片。早餐算豐盛，值得再來。

首先感謝服務人員很親切的告訴幫我們升等，這次比較不滿意的是1805房，洗澡的冷水太小，熱水比較大，以為是當天比較多人入住，才會造成冷水太小，結果隔天早上還是此情形，可以肯定是管線問題，要調到可以洗澡的溫度太難調了，如能改進管線問題，那就太好了！
