I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly. Many food places in the vicinity, local restaurants and fast food too. Easy transport links with tram stop round the corner but you can also walk if need be.

Everything was great. Food, service, cleanliness top marks. Only discomfort was the air condition was set to 23degree Celsius permanently, would have been great if we are given the option to adjust temperature of the air con.

I had an excellent stay thanks to the very nice staff. The housekeeping service was outstanding, it was truly extraordinary. Always performed promptly and timely observing any sign of request for assistance within minutes. The morning coffee service was great ensuring a good start of the day.

Had a nice and spacious room with Wallmirror. Very fresh and clean bathroom. Breakfeast was also great, with barista for coffedrinks. Staff from breakfeast and the reception were all friendly and helpful. Only negative feedback is the hallway with a bad smell. Overall suprisinlgy Great stay!

Das Hotel ist in einer schönen Gegend von Prag, es liegt nicht weit von der Metro entfernt, es gibt in der Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand, die Einrichtung hat mir gefallen, das Bad war schön groß. Lediglich die Lautstärke von der Straße hat nachts gestört. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Perfect location next to a major transit stop with a subway station and trams going to all parts of Prague. Old Town and the touristic sites all within an easy 10-15 mins tram or subway ride. Staff at the hotel were cheery and helpful. Great breakfast. I’d stay here again.

Lovely room which was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was very spacious. Lovely nibbles and drinks in the executive lounge. Breakfast was excellent, amazing selection for a continental breakfast and also cooked items. Very impressed and would certainly recommend.
