極度不尊重客人權益，缺乏誠信在做生意、房間隔音極差、晚上有蚊子

"兩個多月前"於訂房網訂購兩晚，同時以信用卡付款結清，並於"隔天"去電與老闆娘確認訂單，當下也獲得「指定房型已幫您保留」的答覆。兩個多月後的"入住當天早上"，還在往宜蘭車程路上，老闆娘來電告知，因訂房網問題...blabla，「第一晚需住其他房型」，Check in才知道是一樓客廳小櫃臺後的房間，本人根本無法接受。我想說，"兩個多月的緩衝期"，貴民宿的訂單管理未免太不專業，不管你超賣與否，或者其他原因，假如要先"犧牲"我們，為何不先提早通知我們指定房型只有一晚，有其他房型可以考慮，或是退費一晚？為何是當天才通知，讓我們措手不及？也許貴民宿有其他理由去解釋，但是我想說，貴民宿給我的感覺是「極度不尊重客人權益、缺乏誠信在做生意」，不推薦未來也永不再光顧。至於房間本身，隔音極差，樓下講話聽的一清二楚，晚上睡覺有蚊子吵。

你可以有更好的選擇

缺點： 1. 房間隔音很差，外面跟隔壁講話聽得一清二楚 2. 房間沒有對外窗，感覺被關起來 3. 廁所沒有對外窗，感覺很悶 4. 廁所排水系統不好，早上進浴室，地板還是非常溼 5. 馬桶會漏水 6. 早餐是早餐店買的估計共40-60元的三明治+奶茶，但我其他宜蘭住的同價位民宿都是手作早餐，而且還有漂亮廚房，這裡連咖啡都沒有 7. 民宿是民房改建，外觀跟客廳感覺很low 8. 房間乾淨但很像學生套房 9. wifi不穩定 優點： 1. 羅東夜市開車10分鐘抵達 2. 緊鄰羅東運動公園，早上能去運動 3. 房間乾淨 結論：建議住我之前住過的四季花原民宿，老闆較用心

這裡非常乾淨，囝囝喜歡趴在地上玩也很安心。房東兩夫婦都好客，還送了一架車仔玩具給囝囝呢。唯一我們的房間剛好西斜，日間很高溫，晚上回到房間要開盡冷氣一段時間，但可以接受。
