5-Star Luxury Resort in Cabo.

This resort is for sure a 5-star resort. All the food was terrific, top-shelf drinks, and the ocean view corner suite with the plug pool was terrific. Also, whale watching from the balcony in the morning and around 3 pm was a site to see. We will be back at this resort soon enough.

Great attentive staff, not pushy at all. No time share pitches anywhere. Food was good (for a resort) and we never felt unsatisfied with the taste of everything. The personal concierge was a nice touch, as he kept us up to date with reservation times and was quite knowledgeable. We would come back here! Great stay!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. We went with our 2 boys and it was the best trip ever. Martha and everyone at the kids club took care of jack and Harry so much and it was the first time they asked and begged to go to kids club. Can’t wait to go back. Also Izzy at the pool service was outstanding. She even gave us a little present when we were leaving. 5 plus stars for us!!

We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary at Grand Velas last week and was really pleased with our stay. The property was beautiful, the rooms are well appointed and very spacious and the service is outstanding. The staff will go above and beyond to happily fulfill any need or wish you have. For the food- The restaurants are exceptional. The quality and creativity of the food separates this resort from any other all inclusive resort. Lucca, Frida, Velas 10, Piaf and Cocina de Autor are all outstanding. We were highly impressed!

From start to finish, my experience at the Grand Velas was above and beyond any expectations. The views from my room were breathtaking, the property itself was immaculate, and I absolutely cannot stress how incredible the staff was, including the front desk staff, concierge, restaurant staff and everyone in between. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel like they cared. Absolutely the place to go if you're looking to unwind with no stress whatsoever.

The staff at this property are eager to please and are exceptionally hard working. The service and food were very good, the room was very comfortable with a great view. Loved the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The only thing I didn't like about the property was that it is located on a very busy highway. I would have preferred a pedestrian friendly area with shops that you could walk to. I loved walking the beach but felt a bit trapped not being able to leave the property without transportation.

I stay at this property every time I come to Cabo but I will not be returning. Pool service was terrible both days. I had to constantly ask to find my server and nobody would come to ask us what we wanted to eat/drink. I had to go to the bar to get my drinks myself because the server was nowhere to be found BOTH days. You go to cabo to enjoy the poolside service and there literally was none. When I arrived my family of 6 went up and down several times in the heat looking for the private car we reserved in advance. My dad is handicapped and the vehicle wasn't ready for us. I was told to look for a sign, there was none. When your paying $440 for car service you expect a little more. Lastly I booked a photography session with a “professional photographer” who appeared to be a staff member with a point and shoot camera. Overall disappointed I couldn't purchase more photos because they simply weren’t good.

The room as always was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the premium amenities, spoke of high quality. The daily housekeeping and turned down service was impeccable, maintaining the room's pristine condition throughout my stay. Dining at the Grand Velas was an unforgettable culinary journey. Each restaurant offered a unique menu with dishes that catered to diverse tastes, showcasing both local flavors and international cuisine. The service at the pool was consistently attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The spa provided a serene escape, offering an array of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The pool area was beautifully maintained, providing a perfect spot to unwind under the sun. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Our 3-night stay was amazing. The property was in excellent condition, well-staffed, and underbooked. The lack of the crowd made for a perfect and quiet romantic getaway for my Husband & I. The suite, facilities, amenities, dining, and service staff were top-notch! Only complaint is that their television selection was horribly out-dated (all programs were from the 2000’s to 2010). Even the movies for purchase was very outdated! For the premium rate of our stay, I would have expected a bit more in-room entertainment, and not have to purchase movies. In addition, the volume was oddly different between channels. We would love to return to this amazing resort, but truly hope that they make significant updates to their television selection.
