Found property to be very convenient for access to transport all over Nagoya. Staff were friendly and supportive. Room was clean and comfortable, with all needed amenities.
A basic business hotel, close to Nagoya station, many dinning options and convenient stores around. Clean, pillow bar (you can pick your pillow), Perfect for if you need a place to sleep for the night.
Good place for a short stay in Nagoya. Very close to the main train station so easy access to metro and Shinkansen. A wee while away from the main spots so consider this in your itinerary when booking. Liked the access to shopping close-by.
It is near to JR Nagoya station. Excellent services from the staff. Although the room quite small, it is complete with hotel basic and it's included with robe. Had a pleaseant stay, thank you 😊
Hotel is well located at the entrance/exit of underground shops linked to subway trains and plenty of famous restaurants nearby. Amenities are provided at lobby and guests can take whatever they need and there is also coffee and tea available for free. Luggage can be stored next to the entrance with 3 numbers lock combination decided by the guest. Room size was quite small as expected for Japan size, corridor was just enough to open one side of 1 big luggage but bed was firm and much better than the other hotel chain.
Very nice staff. Easy access especially with suitcases. A lot off different pillows available. Room clean and similar to the photos.
Area a bit noisy could heat the outside through the closed window. I could hear someone's snoring from my room in the evening. It's wasn't loud tough. Smoke smell in the elevator.
Convenient to station and tourist sites. Not fancy but quite decent, comfortable.
At first one floor was a little noisy but the other was fine. Rooms are typical Japanese size but not too small. Bathing area is good. Tall western men may find it small but for most people it is fine.
Breakfast was filling with much variety, casual style. Eggs sunny side up were mostly freshly cooked. Yogurt, bread jam some fruit also available. Both western and Japanese food such as fish was there. Very nice.
There were some amenities tooth brush in case forgotten. Pillows were also available to choose. Coffee, including decaf, and tea was there. Water was on a different floor.
Overall, a nice simple convenient place. Maybe a little noisy but not bad.
