All the staff from the those at the front desk to the bar and restaurant are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good and has options for everyone. The food at the bar is good and has vegetarian options. We took the shuttle from the airport (door 14 at Terminal 1) and the return shuttle from the hotel. The shuttle does not have to be reserved. There was lots of room for our golf clubs and suitcases even though the shuttle was full. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
