They over booked our room (supposed to sleep 4) and put us in a room that only slept 2. They tried to charge us another $82 to “upgrade” to another room that slept 4 with smaller beds. Breakfast was just cereal and bagels, watered down orange juice. I expected better for a Hilton. The whole stay was uncomfortable.

Loved the location and the staff was phenomenal. I had a very quick stay. Room was nicely appointed but the floors were a little cheap feeling and bouncing.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The beds were wonderful and the walk in shower was great. The only drawback was the breakfast. It was just bagels and muffins. It was all new so maybe a better breakfast is coming. I would definitely stay there again.

Pool was freezing, unusable. The hot tub was filled in with concrete. No coffee making facilities in room. Coffee in lobby cold or empty. Bedcover had huge rear in it. Bedspread had a huge rear in it

The first room we had was clean but several things were not right. The TV, not the remote, did not work and the phone only had a busy signal, could not get a connection and the main between beds lamp was missing its shade. When we contacted the front desk they quickly moved us to a room across the hall where everything was working. She said she would note the problems and inform house maintenance. Otherwise, like a lot of places, no breakfast was offered. Bummer.

We had the worst experience at Spark by Hilton in Wichita Falls .We booked the rooms online , and we got to hotel pretty late. We couldn’t check in because of some random privet policy, that I’ve heard for first time .The lady at the front desk was very rude , and we barely cancelled our reservation .I’m honestly very disappointed!
