Achei o local muito mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos dos sites de viagem! O quarto realmente é mais antigo, não há muitas amenidades, mas o hotel fazenda em si é super completo, a área infantil excelente, o restaurante enorme e agradável, a comida bem variada e durante a semana a piscina fica quase só pra você! Superou muito a expectativa. Custo/benefício ótimo.

Passamos 5 dias maravilhosos no Hotel Fazenda São João... refeições de alta qualidade e variada a cada dia. Piscinas aquecidas e climatizadas, parque infantil e redes que fizeram a alegria de meus netos. Considero o melhor hotel onde passei férias com minha esposa e meus netos.

Atendimento nota 10. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Hotel impecável na manutenção, limpeza e cuidados contra a Covid. Há apenas um item a melhorar : buffet de comidas no almoço e jantar. Buffet não oferece muitas opções e variedades. Entretanto, aceita pedidos específicos caso queira comer algo diferente. Falta apenas um pouco de clareza, por parte da descrição da reserva sobre a inclusão das bebidas nas refeições, o que restou em uma surpresa na chegada ao constatar que não estavam incluídas. Contudo, nada diminuiu a satisfação na estadia.

Uma delícia!

O hotel estava praticamente vazio, fora de temporada, durante a semana. Tivemos tratamento VIP! Pra quem vai com crianças, elas tem praticamente um ALL inclusive, com refrigerante, água, suco e lanches (hambúrguer, fritas, nuggets) o dia todo! Além da copinha da mamãe com frutas e gelatina disponível! A pescaria foi um sucesso! Tilápias enormes!

Excelente opção pra família!!

Excelente experiência!! Muito bom atendimento, gastronomia e a limpeza. Piscinas ótimas para crianças pequenas e adultos. Boa brinquedoteca, poderiam instalar um "brinquedao" la, para as crianças menores. Academia tbm poderia ter mais equipamentos, um transport bom, uma esteira nova e um aparelho de musculação ficaria perfeito!! Mas resumindo, é um excelente custo benefício!
