New Hotel in Great Location

This is a new hotel in a convenient location. Excellent bed and TV. Location is walking distance to all the action and the beach. I recommend this hotel.

Top bar was very small and only open till 7pm,no restaurant for dinner breakfast too expensive and my room view sucked !!! roof and ac units. But the bed was great and the people very nice .

Like the whole experience of staying in the hotel. I would definitely recommend to all I know. Top Complaints: Shower head can’t be secured to the holder, hot water not regular (come and go), the overhead rain shower should be cleaned as many holes are blocked and only one mirror in whole room (not even full length). Waffles and pancakes in the restaurant patio should be covered (dust from road and insects). Rooftop bar closed for works but this was advertised as an attraction. In conclusion, your good service thru the staff is my lingering memory of my stay.

Dangerous place to stay! DO NOT STAY HERE There was 5 roaches in my room and when I told the lobby, they sent someone to fumigate at 11pm, made us wait and then at Midnight we went in and the smell was so toxic, they said there were no more rooms to switch us. We couldn’t stay in there and sleep! We left. No type of refund or sympathy Disgusting place Edit -they offered me a discount to stay with them again. Not good enough, I would never stay at their “resort again”

Ótima localização!

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo das principais atrações de Patong, com muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados, farmácias, etc. Tem uma ótima piscina, mas o bar da piscina só oferece drinks, nada para comer. Próximo da praia. O quarto é ótimo, aconchegante, limpo e confortável. A estrutura externa do hotel é confusa, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Achei a recepção um pouco confusa também. Tudo correu dentro do esperado.

God central lokalisering

Hotellet ligger meget centralt, nær et større streetfood spiseområdet, som var fantastisk for os. Selve værelset er godt, med god plads. Meget lille altan, så lille at den ikke kunne bruges og det var en smule øv. Sengen var en smule for hård og giver lidt knas med ryggen. Rengøring var grundig og daglig. Aircondition virkede som den skulle. Pool området var fint. Havde der været fyldt ville der være for mange mennesker.

キレイでパトンビーチのすぐそばで便利。 ただかなり繁華街なのでうるささはある。 一番きになったのは、湿度。除湿にしても部屋の中がものすごく湿気ていて、乾いている服さえも半乾きのような状態に。 外に干すとそんなことないので、部屋の問題かと。 さらに、初日から枕カバーが交換されていなくて、 誰かのよだれ？あとがついていたが、それは使わずにいた。 が、翌日も交換されず永遠にその枕はそのままなのかなと思った。

The walk to the room was never ending. Very off putting. Then the walk to the pool was another massive trek, across what looked a bit like a building site to a pool area which didn’t live up to expectations based on the photos. We didn’t even try and use it. It looked unappetising. The room itself was uncomfortably dark. There was a window but it just led to an indoor area so there was very little natural light. Awful. And the ‘balcony’ area was pointless as that, too just looked over an indoor area. Below us in this indoor area there was a Muay Thai training area. Every morning they would be punching, kicking and grunting very loudly and it sounded like people were being tortured downstairs. I would never even consider going back to this hotel and I wish I’d gone for one of the cheaper options. We also asked about a late checkout and they said would charge us 500 baht per hour! So we didn’t bother with that, either.

Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Tageslicht und es hat schrecklich nach nassem Keller gerochen, unsere ganze Wäsche hat gestunken. Bei spätere Abreise bietet das Hotel keine Duschmöglichkeit an, wir mußten in die öffentliche gehen. Viel Schimmel und defekt im Zimmer. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

Paid extra for upgraded room. Got a room above construction of new gym. jack hammering, hammers and grinding. Asked unhelpful uninterested desk staff for another room. Unlucky for them I speak Thai and understood everything they said about me. Offered me another room further away on property with single beds. Do not stay at this hotel Noisy and very rude staff that should try another career.
