This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it

部屋からの景色は日本アルプスが見えて良かったです。部屋の作りとしてない水回りとトイレが離れていて、始めはトイレが見つかりませんでした。 朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富で満足できましたが、夕飯の追加したご飯は、原因不明の酸っぱい匂いがしてキャンセルしました。※スタッフの方も認める匂い それ以外は、問題なかったです。 このホテルの温存の泉質は、個人的にはとても好きで、また、利用したいと思いました。
