I was told y the one your front desk clerk my parking was free when I had asked on check in day but I was charge. Also, the beds, should update to queens instead of full size. sheets need to be replace news one they are. Also, pillows need to replace because they are very old and soft . It appeared the property had a recent repainting. Some of the seating in the lobby area was work. Check in staff when we arrived were very friendly. Interactions with other front desk people after was meh at best. Guests share the elevators with housekeeping. Seems odd there is no service elevator. This arrangement led to delays for guests and housekeepers alike. There was not enough seating for breakfast. We wandered around for some time looking for a place to sit, including in the lobby.

One of the ladies that works in the omelet station is very rude. We stayed four nights and the first time we had omelets she said where is your card? I said I’m sorry I forgot it. She said make sure you bring it tomorrow. I thought to myself I won’t be over here tomorrow because you are so RUDE!!! I saw her over there every morning. I don’t think she should be working in customer service. If she’s that miserable she needs to find a new job.
