The property is very conveniently located and close to the malls. It is very safe as the police offices are located on the first floor of the hotel. The only detail was that they didn’t have enough housekeeping personnel and they ended making the room around 5 pm everyday. However the back up housekeeper is awesome.

El clima de mi habitación no funcionaba y ya estaba reportado desde antesde nuestra llegada, La señorita de recepción no fue cortés y solo me ofreció un ventilador o cambiarme de cuarto con costo extra, lo cual me pareció inaceptable. Tras insistir y hablar con un encargado, me dieron otra habitación sin costo, pero tuve que batallar bastante. Sí resolvieron, pero deberían capacitar mejor a su personal en trato al cliente y toma de decisiones

La zona es muy tranquila, por lo menos donde me tocó a mí tenía la vista hacia atrás. No tuve problema con ruido de otras habitaciones ya que una gran ventaja es que realmente es construcción los cuartos y no tabla roca. El cuarto es austero con ligero o moderado olor a humedad, se siente un hotel de paso máximo de 3 estrellas y creo que estoy exagerando. El check in es un fastidio porque debes hacerlo tú en una tablet lo cual quita tiempo y si eres ansioso o desesperado es normal que te pase que te sientas apurado porque otros esperan la tablet para hacer su check in. La chica de recepción una actitud poco amigable pero no hostil, tal vez estaba enferma porque la voz se le escuchaba muy ronca. Abajo el del valet me recibió muy bien y me subió mi maleta a la recepción. El check in es a las 3pm como en cualquier hotel pero realmente cuando yo llego a un hotel hago check in temprano siendo las 12pm del día o 1pm y no tengo que avisar, en este caso me llegue como 1:15pm y me dijeron que esperara hasta las 3pm les dije que si no contaban con “early check in” me dijeron que sí pero que tenía un costo de 150 pesos y me asignaban habitación, la cual me tenían asignada porque me dijeron espere 40 minutos y se le puede entregar la habitación, espere una hora y me fui asomar a la recepción porque la chica nunca tuvo la amabilidad de decirme que ya era hora, y le dije vengo a ver si ya me puedes dar habitación ya pasaron mas de 40 minutos y su cara no muy amigable y me entregó la habita

La estancia ha sido agradable, valet y recepción buena atención. No tenía muchas expectativas por algunas reseñas, pero ha sido agradable. Está en un lugar céntrico, a unos pasos una cafetería y un 7 eleven. A una cuadra hay una plaza. Agradable para descansar. Baño limpio, la regadera impecable sin sarro y agua caliente. Cuenta con aire acondicionado. Cuenta con estacionamiento pequeño. Puedes vincular tu sesión de Netflix a la tele. Área de cafetería.

Se metieron en mi habitación a las 8 am, diciendo que pensaron que estaba vacía, fui a reportar el incidente y el gerente escuchando (Ángel Zerate) no fue para dar la cara y disculparse por el error, no hicieron absolutamente nada. Tienen a personas que les vale el servicio.

Tuve un problema con la regadera en mi cuarto. Pero lo revisaron y me cambiaron de habitacion. Creo que valdria la pena que el hotel tuviera mas atencion a lo que no funciona para poder evitar este trance. Por que la imagen del hotel se puede deteriorar muy facilmente
