Cheap and cheerful. Comfortable enough for a night. Good hot showers and nice (Dove Brand) shampoo/soap. Clean bathrooms. Good breakfast although very crowded and refills hard to keep up with amount of people coming through. Staff were generally pleasant and accomodating.

Busy hotel and the included breakfast was pretty chaotic the first day. Lisa worked her wonders and found us somewhere to sit and looked after us on subsequent days. Being from Canada we missed having a fridge especially as the weather was hot otherwise this was a comfortable hotel walking distance to a Sainsbury supermarket and being nextbdoor to the M27 motorway.

They didn’t provide the room service due to the shortage staff. Breakfast area was crowded and miss managed we had to wait to find a table for long time. Lots of people arrived at the same time between 8-9 am and the hotel staff could manage properly the tables was dirty and the foods quality weren’t good at all. It doesn’t worse For the price of 125£ per night

Very friendly staff, from Duty Manager, reception, bar and waitresses, very clean tidy room, very comfortable bed. Good quality curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Ate in the restaurant which was good, plenty of choices for the inclusive breakfast.

Good Holiday Inn. Breakfast was a hassle as too many guests with too few staff. Was a Bank Holuday in fairness but our second night wasn’t abd still very busy at breakfast !

Everything was absolutely fine except the breakfast. Particularly impressed with the the check in experience. However, it was a great shame to find all the food at breakfast was cold, especially as we were there when it opened at 06.30hrs.

Very good short stay, room was very clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Plenty of parking, with a 50% discount overnight. Will stay again in the future.

A bit disappointing.

We were surprised there was no lift at the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the one we frequently use in Burnley. There was a lack of juice glasses and the staff didn’t seem able to replenish them quickly. There were apples and oranges but fresh fruit salad and grapefruit segments were not available. There was no member of staff to check you in to breakfast and it was very crowded. Parking was extra cost.
