Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

too expensive with no toilet

For $200/night, this apartment did not have a working toilet, reception desk, or toiletries, and the check-in process was confusing and inefficient. Our expectation is to have at least a 50% refund for a higher rating - unlikely.
