Great location and in walking distance to everything. Very central. One way you go to the markets and main streets for shopping, another way you go to the parliament and city hall buildings. The hotel is clean and in an area full of cafes, tapas, desserts; so much to choose from. The hotel itself is clean. I stayed with my family, husband and two kids. We had the room with a king size bed and a bunk bed. It was perfect for us for the two nights. We left Madrid later than our checkout and could safely leave our luggage until we were ready to leave the city. I would recommend this hotel to singles, couples and families.

Highly recommended!!

Fantastic stay in Madrid. Very well located in the heart of the city. Staff very attentive even communicating before the trip, especially Cristina. Staff absolutely helpful if any need arises. Comfortable room with the basics and bed quite comfortable. Great stay and I will again:)

Woohoo Rooms Chueca was a nice cozy little place. The rooms were clean and although the staff wasn't always on premises, they WERE very attentive to our needs through text and email. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that you could hear the trash trucks from our window LOUDLY every morning at about like 3 AM.

Modern and yet cozy place

It is a very nice place and excellent location. Staff is very friendly and nice. Only thing is you have to go to the 2nd floor with your bags because the elevator does not work. But that is not the hotel . It is the building.

The property lack a sign to indicate where is the front desk of the hotel (second level). We helped numerous people coming to the hotel and getting lost as we did. No instructions were given to us. After several messages we discovered that their WhatsApp is the best and only way to communicate

Although I had issues at the beginning because the instructions for the entrance were not too clear. I was suppose to get instructions to come in and never did. Apparently Expedia was suppose to do that. After all misunderstandings, my stay was enjoyable and the staff was very kind.

Aside from the instructions at check in not being exactly clear, everything was perfect. The hospitality from every staff member was suberb. The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing that you have to keep in mind is it's literally a room with a bathroom on one floor with other rooms right next to each other. You can't hear the other guests in their rooms but you can hear everything from the halls. There was construction happening on one of the other floors which was fairly loud. Not the property's fault. You are close to everything and in my opinion in walking distance to most things. The neighborhood felt safe.

The room is small , but good enough for our stay. Bathroom is also small but updated . Good daily housekeeping, kept our bed and bathroom clean . Outside noise can be heard in the room. Sometimes people talking and hanging out in the street as late as 2-3 in the morning is very annoying. Their elevator is not working , so our heavy luggage is an inconvenience to carry up using the stairs. But the staffs are very nice and helpful, they speak English and the place is just a few min walk to Madrid Centro. It’s still worth the stay!
