This is a small classic Italian hotel. Lobby of actual hotel is on the 5th floor with large marble steps and a very small but efficient lift. The lobby is quite small but check in was easy and rooms, while old, were comfortable and clean. My family loved staying in this neat Italian hotel. Location was great, walking distance to Colisseum.

Location is very accessible to most of Rome’s points of interest. It is very close to the termini stations and bus stop. The staff were very pleasant, accommodating and gave us good info on our travel questions. The place is clean and large enough to accommodate all 4 of us. The staff were amazing and lovely people. The room was quite small and the shower was probably more suited to smaller people than a grown man. The air conditioning was superb and very much needed. We were concerned about the area this hotel is located in due to negative reviews of the Termini area but we found it to be a fairly safe and good area to be in. It was a good location to walk to most of the major sightseeing areas. The hotel is on the Monti side of Termini station. There were restaurants and shops quite close by. Good budget hotel for couples, not so much for families.

A great location- close to train station, lots of restaurants and walking distance to sites like the coliseum. The staff were wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfast everyday with croissants and latte macchiatos. The hotel has character and we loved the elevator which fits two people with luggage. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient to the Roma Termini train station and Metro. Room service breakfast in the morning was delicious and a surprise treat. Neighborhood restaurants are numerous. Also located just around the corner from Santa Maria Maggiore where Pope Francis is buried. Highly recommend.

I gave a 2 stars review because of the following : - Room wasn't what we reserved initially. - The sleeping matresses were really not in good shape when we took a look under the blankets (because we read on Google's rating that some people found bed bugs on their rooms in the last 6 months). - Building overall was not really in a good shape. - Elevator wasn't working when we arrived. - The stairs are slippery because the marble is pretty used ; be careful. I sprained my ankle lol. - The only good point was Fabio at the reception. He has been really helpful and kind to help us with the procedures for asking a refund. - Otherwise : The hotel has a great location near Roma Termini and other transports.
